Cave of Mlynki

Mlynki Cave - Karst cave in the Ternopil region, Chortkiv district, 8 km south-east of Chortkiv. The total length of 27 km. In the eastern part of the cave - the broad picture and big caves, the biggest cave - Large (length 130 m, height 78 m). In the western part - the narrow passageways adorned with intricate stone "colors" and colored incrustations. Several underground halls (Pioneer, Friendship, Brest, etc.). Year-round temperature of about 10 ° C, humidity 88-100%. Nature Monument. In Speleotourism - Category 2 difficulties. Minimum group - 10 people.

00:00 - Departure from Zhitomir.
08:00 - Arrive with. Zalesie. Breakfast. Preparation for the tour.
09:00 - Excursion to the cave "Mlynky" № 1 (about 3 hours).
12:00 - Lunch.
14:00 - Excursion to the cave "Mlynky" № 2 (about 3 hours).
17:00 - Dinner.
18:00 - Free time.

Day 2.

08:00 - Breakfast.
09:00 - Excursion to the cave "Mlynky" № 3 (about 3 hours).
12:00 - Lunch.
13:00 - Departure from. Zalesie. Tour the ancient city of Chertkov (two wooden churches, Dominican cathedral, castle, town hall).
15:00 - Departure from Chertkov.
23:00 - Return to Zhitomir.
